Christophe Boetto received his PhD from the Institut Pasteur (Université de Paris Cité) in the department of computational biology in Paris, France. During his doctoral studies he developped a statistical framework, called MANOCCA, to detect an effect from a genetic or environmental factor on the correlations of a multivariate outcome. Now, as a postdoctoral research fellow at HMS in Park lab, he is working on mutational signatures and variant calling. His research is focused on improving mathematical and computational methodology to better model OMICs data.
