Feng Chen, MBI

During undergraduate studies, Feng Chen conducted his research at Prof Pengyu Hong’s Lab. He focused on building machine learning models to predict protein-protein interactions from embedded knowledge networks and use deep learning tools to predict mutations on proteins study the influence on binding affinities. Feng Chen hopes to utilize computational techniques better to integrate biomedical data and extract useful information for decision-making. Feng Chen's research interests include deep learning and data analysis related to biomedical or biological problems, and machine learning.
