Jinrui (Sherry) Zhou, SM
I conducted independent projects advised by Dr. Edward Rietman focusing on molecular targets for treatments of Parkinson’s Disease using protein networking and the computation of Gibbs free energy. Current research also includes biologically-inspired computing, neural computation, and the analysis of high-throughput genomics data to explore alternative solutions for incurable diseases. Long-term goals include developing intelligent applications that can fit different personal needs as well.
Her research interest include AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data mining applying to computational biology.
