Sheida Nabavi joined the Center for Biomedical Informatics in 2010 as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Biomedical Informatics Research Training Program. Her expertise is in statistical signal and image processing. "I am very interested in biomedical signal processing, especially on bioinformatics and genomics signal processing. The BIRT program gives me the opportunity to explore the applications of machine learning and signal processing in the biomedical area."
