Shyam Chandra

Research Interests: Neurotech, computational neuroscience, Parkinson's disease, mobility, biomechanics, HCI
Shyam graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. His research focused on biomechanics developing a real-time motor-feedback system to improve gait in persons with lower limb amputations. He has held internships at Medtronic, focusing on neuromodulation, and at Apple, where he worked on biomechanics and machine learning for Vision Pro. He’s an aspiring founder and his interests are centered on neurotech, clinical diagnostics, and human-computer interfaces.
