Taiyang Chen

Taiyang Chen received her BS degree in Bioinformatics at Southern University of Science and Technology. During her undergraduate studies, she worked on developing methods for single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis. Her past experiences also include studying cancer genomics and COVID-19. Taiyang is interested in developing new machine learning tools and using them to improve disease treatment. 

Her research interests include computational omics, deep learning and data visualization.
