Wenxin Chen, MBI

Wenxin previously worked at the RNA Information Center of SYSU School of Life Sciences, where he integrated multi-omics data to analyze viral infection characteristics and undertook part of web development work. During this experience, he realized the importance of good tools for global research, and the great power of combination between the massive, multi-omics bio-data and machine learning. He is currently working on machine learning and methods to integrate multi-omics data. His research interests include exploring methods and building tools to integrate multi-dimensional and multi-omics data, in order to improve precision medicine.
