Wenzhu Ye

Research Interests: Developing machine learning and AI tools and using them to improve treatment outcomes.

Wenzhu completed her bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology and Computer Science at the University of Toronto. During her undergraduate, she performs a meta-analysis on NTRK2 functionality on suicidality in Zai’s Lab at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She also worked on the development of an automated medication name correction algorithm at Dr. Zai and Dr. Hirst’s lab. She wishes to use the power of computer science and data analysis in the medical field.
