Chuck Lin
Master of Biomedical Informatics, Class of 2025
Chuck obtained a B.S. in Biology at the College of William & Mary, where he discovered lead compounds for small ubiquitin-like modifiers (SUMO) suppressors in response to cellular stress that affects the cell cycle. He also minored in Data Science and researched infectious disease-correlated cancer using patient data. Aspired to become a physician-scientist, Chuck hopes to integrate genomic, behavioral, and other health data to facilitate precision and personalized medicine.
His research interests include cancer genomics, clinical decision-making, AI-assisted EHR, data interoperability.
