Kathleen Sucipto, MBI
Master of Biomedical Informatics, Class of 2021
Kathleen spent a few years working as a software engineer at different startups before she decided to switch her career to research in biomedical fields. At the MBI program, she aims to explore how she can improve and apply her computational background in solving medical and biological issues, especially in tackling infectious diseases in poor resource settings. Her research interests also include pathogen genomics, machine learning, and algorithms in general. During her free time, she loves trying out different kinds of food and reading.
